One scale based on the number of bol orders the portal handles for you. No modules, no charge per user, no percentage of your revenue.

All amounts exclude VAT. Your tier follows from last calendar month's orders: a higher month means you pay the tier above for that month; drop back and the price drops with you. Nothing sits behind a more expensive tier: you pay for volume, not for features.

What is in every tier

This is the whole list. None of it sits behind a more expensive package.

Facturen: gemaakt, genummerd en vanzelf naar bol geüpload
Reviewmails met de regels van bol ingebouwd, je kunt ze niet per ongeluk overtreden
Retouren, en nooit een reviewmail naar iemand die iets terugstuurde
Koopblok elk uur bewaakt, met wie er onder je zit
Markt: zoekvolume, trends en verwante zoekwoorden van bol zelf
Kostprijs, commissie en wat er per artikel overblijft
Notities bij je artikelen en een eigen notitieblok
Boekhoudexport (UBL en CSV) en een btw-overzicht per kwartaal
Je eigen logo, kleuren, mailteksten en factuurlayout
Onbeperkt gebruikers, mails, facturen en artikelen
Meldingen per mail als er iets is, geen toeslag
Maandelijks opzegbaar, geen opstartkosten, geen percentage over je omzet

About paying

When do I move up a tier?

Your tier follows from last calendar month’s orders. A higher month means you pay the tier above for that month; drop back and the price drops with you. We never charge retroactively.

How do I pay?

Monthly in advance, by direct debit. You enter your payment details in the portal itself, not when you sign up.

Can I just cancel?

Yes, in the portal, with no notice period. You finish the month you are in and after that nothing more is charged. Your invoices and orders come with you.

Do the amounts include VAT?

No, all amounts exclude VAT. You get a normal invoice you can deduct yourself.

What if I have more than 15,000 orders a month?

Then we quote you a price. Email service@ordly.nl; that is not a sales call but a calculation.
