Heads up: this sales page is in English, but the portal itself is in Dutch.

By late afternoon, all that is left is packing.

Ordly connects to your bol seller account and handles everything that comes with it: pulling in orders, creating invoices and sending them to bol, review emails that follow bol's rules, and keeping an eye on your stock. You pack and ship.

More than 15,000 orders a month? Email service@ordly.nl, and we will quote you a price.

All amounts exclude VAT. Your tier follows from last calendar month's orders: a higher month means you pay the tier above for that month; drop back and the price drops with you. Nothing sits behind a more expensive tier: you pay for volume, not for features.

Within a second

Your phone tells you the moment it happens.

Something sold? Your phone buzzes, with the amount and what it was. The way your banking app does it, but for your sales. Bol itself sends you nothing about this; you have to go and look in the partner platform.

Two kinds: something sold, and your stock running out or hitting zero at bol. Plus one email in the morning if there is anything.

Who bought it is not in there: a notification lands on a lock screen that anyone next to you can read. The contents are encrypted, so Google and Apple cannot read them either.

It already runs, every day, for a real shop.

Ordly was not built to be sold and then filled with customers. It was built because I needed it myself every day, and it has been running on my own bol sales since 2022. This is what it has done in that time.

15,000+invoices created, numbered and sent to bol
15,000+bol orders fetched and kept up to date
250+returns handled without signing in at bol
4 yearsin daily use, on a real shop

And to be straight with you: the first customer is my own shop. Ordly was not dreamed up at a drawing board but built for my own bol sales, and it runs there every day.

This is what it looks like, with your own bol orders in it.

Your own logo, your own colour, and one screen you look at in the morning. This is the real portal with made-up figures; we never show a customer's.

The only thing the portal sends out in your name. This is roughly what your email looks like. In the portal you see your own email before you switch anything on.

Connected to bol in three steps.

It takes about fifteen minutes. After that it does its work without you.

  1. You paste in your bol key

Once, into a field in the portal. You create it at bol yourself, under Settings. We never ask for your password.

  2. We fetch everything

Your new orders every quarter of an hour, and a full round every hour: shipments, returns, stock. Nobody has to press a button.

  3. You just watch

One screen in the morning: what happened, what is ready, and what needs a decision from you.

Sound familiar?

These are not invented problems. This is what gets left undone by a bol seller who also has to do the packing.

Invoices

Every business buyer wants one. You either make it by hand, or you do not, and then bol emails you about it.

Review emails

You know they help. You also know bol prescribes exactly when and how. So you end up not doing it.

Stock

You only notice something is out when it is out. Then your item shows as unavailable at bol until the new box arrives.

Why your data is safe with us.

It is not just your data; it is your buyers' data. That is why it is built this way, and not otherwise.

Every seller gets their own database

No shared table with a customer number in it. Your orders live in their own file in their own folder; a mistake in a query can never show someone else's orders.

Buyer details encrypted

Address, postcode and email of your buyers are stored AES-256 encrypted, with a key per seller. The master key lives outside the data and is not in the backup: anyone stealing a copy reads a name and a town at most.

Your keys stay yours

You paste your bol key into a field yourself. It is stored encrypted, and nobody sees it again, including us. We never log in for you.

Invoices are not scattered around

An invoice is built the moment you open it; there are no PDFs with addresses lying on a disk.

In Europe, with a backup off the server

Server in Germany (Hetzner), mail from Amsterdam (AhaSend). Every night an encrypted backup to separate storage.

Locked where it should be

Admin behind a password plus a code from your phone, everything over https, the service in a sandboxed environment on the server, and review emails that cannot break bol's rules: those live in tests, not in a setting.

The legal side is in the data processing agreement and the privacy statement; both are public. Processing agreement · Privacy

Questions you have right now.

How do I get that key from bol?

In your bol seller account, under Settings → API. You create a key there yourself and paste it into a field with us. We never ask for your bol password and never sign in on your behalf. The key is stored encrypted on the server.

Can Ordly see my customer data?

Technically yes, but we do not look. The email address and the address of your buyers are encrypted, with a key that is separate per customer and not in the backup. Whoever runs the server can reach that key; that is why we promise not to look without asking you first.

What if I stop?

Then you take your invoices with you: as UBL, each invoice as a PDF, and an overview as CSV. No notice period, no year to sit out. You cancel whenever you like and finish the month you are in.

Do those review emails follow the rules?

Yes, and with us those rules cannot be switched off. One email per order, no offers in it, nothing that steers towards a good review, and nothing sent out when there is a return or a complaint. That is fixed in our tests, not in a setting.

Does it work alongside what I use now?

Yes. Ordly reads from bol and only writes what you switch on, invoices and review emails. You can run it alongside until you trust what you see.

Do notifications work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both, and on your computer. On Android you add the portal to your home screen with Chrome ("Install app" under the three dots); notifications work without that too, but with the app installed it looks tidier and starts faster. On an iPhone the portal must be on your home screen before Apple allows notifications: open it in Safari, tap the share button and choose "Add to Home Screen". That is Apple's rule, not ours. You switch it on per device, so your phone can get notifications while your laptop stays quiet.

What language is the portal itself in?

The portal is in Dutch. We would rather say that now than have you find out after signing up. The review emails to your buyers do go out in four languages, because those follow the buyer's language.

How quickly can I start?

Today. You sign up, set up your direct debit with € 0.01 (your first orders are free) and paste your bol key into a field. Within fifteen minutes your orders come in. There is nothing to install; the portal runs in your browser.

How often are my orders fetched?

Every quarter of an hour, and every hour a full round runs that checks everything. You never have to press anything: the overview shows what came in today, and that list updates itself.

Does this work for bol.com Belgium too?

Yes. Bol Netherlands and Belgium sit in one portal, with the same invoices and the same lists. Belgian buyers get the review email in Dutch or French, whichever they chose at bol.

What do you do with my buyers' data?

As little as possible, and it is explained above under Security. Every seller has their own database, the buyer data is encrypted with AES-256 using a key per seller, and the master key is kept outside the backup. The server is in Germany, email goes out from Amsterdam, and you get a data processing agreement from us.

Will my old orders get a second review email?

No. You import the switch-over list, a csv from your previous system, and the orders that were already handled there get no invoice and no review email from us.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. You pay per month and cancel whenever you like; the current month runs to its end. You take everything with you: your invoices as UBL, each invoice as a pdf, and an overview as csv.

Do you have a trial environment?

Two, in fact. At ordly.nl/demo you look around a portal with made-up figures, no sign-up needed. And after signing up you start in demo mode: you see your real orders, but nothing goes to bol or to your buyers until you switch it on.
